Arlene is the lady who keeps everyone in line, on time and accurate. She's the person we trust to manage all of the Medical Language Specialists in our employ, as well as make certain that our exacting quality standards are maintained within our domestic and offshore operations. Arlene plays a major role in recruiting and assigning specific people to certain accounts based on their experience within certain specialties. She also runs frequent spot checks to ensure accuracy and turnaround times are being met.

Arlene’s educational experience includes a BA from Marquette University in Economics/International Business and an International Studies certificate from University of Antwerp, Belgium.
